Fìkh Kiz Zăm (/kiz/ /zə̝m/ [physical] [host]) is a subtropical Town located in the Rm-96pyohěkhka District of the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Kiz Zăm is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Kiz Zăm was founded by Zlkêthënm Trèbrê, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Kiz Zăm has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Fìkh Kiz Zăm receives an average of 217 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Overview

Fìkh Kiz Zăm was founded durring the early 17th century in late summer of the year 1611, by Zlkêthënm Trèbrê. The establishment of Fìkh Kiz Zăm suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Fìkh Kiz Zăm was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Kiz Zăm is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Fìkh Kiz Zăm is buildings are arranged within a network of broad flagstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's cost-cutting-focused defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Cultural Notes

Two or more groups of citizens within Fìkh Kiz Zăm hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.

Fìkh Kiz Zăm's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length.
